We're all stuck at home. Probably already going crazy. The last thing that I want is for there to be no physical outlet.

Fitness is, for so many, an escape. Their happy place. Their sanity. So I want to do my best to help provide that happy place while we're all going through these crazy times.

I've created 14 different workouts--none of which require weights, bands (although both are optional if you have them!), or machines. These can all be done in your home or in your backyard. I'll be doing these workouts myself over the next few weeks and will be going live (on instagram @fittestcore) for some of them so we can do them together! 

I created this program as quickly as I could, so 1) please excuse any typos, and 2) PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out to me with ANY questions regarding exercises, format, etc!!! I'm here to help.
