12 WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM

Fittest Booty is designed to help you, throughout 24 workouts, build your best and fittest booty. Each of these workouts has been carefully constructed, and all completed by me... (I've been sore for quite sometime now). 

Each individual workout is different, and designed to work and target certain areas--all of which are listed at the beginning of each workout. All workouts are lower body, with a mix of cardio, bodyweight, light weights, heavy weights, etc.--all strategically placed together to help you get stronger legs and booties. 

Once you purchase your program, you will receive an email that includes the Fittest Booty program. It is a Word document, that once you purchase, you will have to use forever! If you find yourself unsure of certain moves, don't hesitate to email me and ask what they are! I will explain and send a video so you have a visual as well.
