• 1 lb of lean ground turkey (this is enough for 2 big patties or 3 small ones)

  • 1 jalapeno 

  • 1/4 white onion 

  • Seasoning of your choice (I'm a spicy fan!) 

  • 1 T olive oil 

  • 1/4 avocado 

  • Lettuce 

  • 1/4 cup of blue cheese 

  • Ezekial bread 


  • Add olive oil to skillet and heat

  • Chop up white onion and jalapeno and add into seasoned ground turkey 

  • Form turkey into patties and place in skillet on medium heat 

  • Cook all the way through (depending on what size patty, time varies)

  • While patties are cooking, toast Ezekial bread, cut avocado into slices, cut lettuce, and separate blue cheese

  • I put Sriracha mustard on my slice of toasted bread, added lettuce, and topped my burger with a little blue cheese, a lot of avocado, and a spritz of BBQ sauce
