
INGREDIENTS:

1 lb of lean ground turkey (this is enough for 2 big patties or 3 small ones)

1 jalapeno
-
1/4 white onion
-
Seasoning of your choice (I'm a spicy fan!)

1 T olive oil
-
1/4 avocado
-
Lettuce
-
1/4 cup of blue cheese

Ezekial bread
DIRECTIONS:

Add olive oil to skillet and heat
-
Chop up white onion and jalapeno and add into seasoned ground turkey

Form turkey into patties and place in skillet on medium heat
-
Cook all the way through (depending on what size patty, time varies)

While patties are cooking, toast Ezekial bread, cut avocado into slices, cut lettuce, and separate blue cheese
-
I put Sriracha mustard on my slice of toasted bread, added lettuce, and topped my burger with a little blue cheese, a lot of avocado, and a spritz of BBQ sauce
